3. User Registration and Accounts

To use certain features of our service:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Word Limits:

• Free Plan: 200 words per month
• Basic Plan: 5,000 words per month
• Professional Plan: 20,000 words per month
• Premium Plan: 50,000 words per month

Payment Conditions:

• Payments are processed through Stripe securely
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

By using our service, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to circumvent technical limitations of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
• Overload or attempt to disrupt servers
• Create content that violates intellectual property rights
• Use the service to generate spam or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain all rights to the text you process
• Our service: Connect AI Pro and its technology are our property
• Content usage: You can freely use the generated humanized text
• Service improvements: We may use aggregated data to improve our algorithms

7. Limitations and Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and:

• We do not guarantee specific humanization results
• We are not responsible for the content you process
• The service may have occasional interruptions for maintenance
• Word limits reset monthly

8. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms of service
• Your account remains inactive for more than 12 months
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity
• Corresponding payments are not made

9. Limitation of Liability

In no case will Connect AI Pro be responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data or use
• Errors in humanized content
• Decisions made based on our results

10. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is subject to additional terms:

• 30% commission for referrals who become paying users
• Affiliates must be over 18 years old
• Deceptive marketing practices are prohibited
• Payments are processed after verification

11. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance through:

12. Applicable Law

These terms will be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
